Hue Check is published by Kin Lab and licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add details about Hue Check Pro; where they differ, the EULA governs.

Hue Check Pro subscription

Hue Check Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price for your region and plan is shown in the app before you buy.

Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it is shown in the app before you subscribe. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your Apple ID is charged the price shown for the plan you chose. Any unused portion of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Earlier one-time purchases

If you bought Hue Check Pro as a one-time purchase in version 1.x, it remains unlocked for life at no further cost. You do not need to subscribe. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app if it is ever not recognised.
